My hand is beginning to look like a clawI fractured my wrist in November ‘08. While in the cast, my fingers were intensely sensitive and swollen, and the skin on the back of my hand felt as if it was being rubbed with hot sand paper. Re: My hand is beginning to look like a clawHi there livingwith! I have just read your entry and am sorry this has happened to you. I have had exactly the same thing having fractured my wrist last January. I have had some help from PT but now my hand is becoming ever stiffer. I agree that this condition has a life of it's own and also I think that little is known about it in the country where I live. There are specialists but not maany. I hope you get some help and comfort soon and find plenty of support from friends and family and on here. I was really shocked by all this as i had never heard of RSD before!!! Best wishes, Fontaine.

She went through the Ketamine coma which didn't help, and is currently just living with the constant pain. She has no movement in her arm, wrist or hand.
