My StoryNovember 11, 2005 is a date that I will never forget. Besides it being Veteran’s Day, it was the day I got hurt at work. Re: My StoryHi,
I'm sorry to hear that you are another person afflicted with RSD. It is a vicious disease; I have had problems for over 20 years. The last 4 being the worse in than it has hit both my legs. It has crippled me up. It sounds like you have a very positive attitude. I know that is the best way to be; I try to be positive but do at times get negative. I also have a strong Faith in God, in that he gives me the strength to get through each day. Some days I really do not feel like going on, as I hurt so much. But, I push through, also for my cats. They are my life also. I have 3 little girls in the house and several outside that I feed. I live on a farm and they are all "barn cats" but I enjoy seeing them around. I like dogs but in the shape I am in, I could never take care of a dog. I'm sorry to hear about what happened to your finger. I had to leave my job and go on disability, after having worked full time for 30 years. It can get awful lonely, especially in the winter when I cannot get out at all. I hope you are doing ok today and not in too much pain. Keep the Faith; my prayers go out to you and to all. Darlene
