RSD not from injury, told to sue

RSD/CRPS in my left. But no injury like all others I have read. Surgery, but the surgery was on the end of my spine, L4-S2. So, how did I get RSD in my hand? I’m working on that answer. Pain management said it happened from surgery. They sent me to have SCS implant. That doctor asked me when he walked in the door if I had talked to a lawyer, that I would not get better.
