Hi. I too have rsd in my left foot. it started in Aug. 2003 right after I broke my foot. Curious; does your foot get hot, cold or both? When mine first started it was both. Now it's just hot. I take Lyrica and use lots of ice packs. They give fast relief but don't help that much with the worst pain. I dread summer, sweat even in the winter. My poor husband is cold natured, so I freeze him most of the time, but he's very understanding for someone who has never experienced this kind of pain. He sees my foot turn bright red and feels the heat, so he knows it isn't "all in my head". Thanks for sharing. I wish you much less pain. Sincerely, Terri Stevens
