Re: The fall that changed my lifeHi Bev, Sorry I never corresponded with you before this, but I had forgotten my user name and could not log in, but I have that corrected. Today I was informed to go to an Apothecary Pharmacy and they mix this cream, it is made up of Diphenhydramine 5% and Ibuprophen 10%. N-Decyl 0.1% You rub a small amount on, 3-5 times a day. I tried it once today when my hand started to stiffen and burn. It eased the burn, but the stiffness is still there. I go to physio 3 times a week and have to take a Tylenol 3 an hour before as I find the exercises very painful. I am waiting for a call to the Pain Clinic. I will keep you updated. Unfortunately we cannot contact each other privately on this site. I wish you well and keep you and all RSD suffers in my daily prayers. I have to type one finger, as I cannot bend my fingers on my left hand !! L.( Leona) Woods
