There is hopeI am a 25 year old mother of 3 precious little girls and I would like to share my story with all of you.I have always lived a very active lifestyle. I am a very hands on mother and worked as a resturant supervisor, which I loved and was very good at. Re: There is hopeMy name is Brandy, I am 29 years old and I was diagnosed with RSD November 25, 2007. I have been through 4 nerve blocks and several medications. So far nothing has really helped. After reading your entry I cried just for the simple fact I know how you feel but I am so worried about the eletrode surgery. My doctor has discussed this option with me but I fear something will go wrong or the electrode will not work and then have to go back in and remove it. I guess what I am trying to say is how do you deal with it!? How do you get through your day with three children and not really being able to play with them the way you used to? I have two children 7 and 6 and they are both in sports. I can not go out and run with them or jump with them and it kills them inside....do you go through the same thing? I really do not have anyone in my town that understands what I am going through or that is going through it themselves. If you have time can we please talk? My email address is [moderator note: e-mail address has been removed] and I do have the messanger if you would be willing to talk that way. If not I will continue to check in here to see if you are on. I hope your surgery goes well and hope to hear from you soon.....Thanks Brandy
