Is anyone going through workers comp from their rsd If so what battles have you faced?I have had this spread because they keep dening care.Then you threaten to sue the insurance company and they ok what you need done.You can not legally use private insurance when you are a comp case.

Yes you can use your private insurance if comp has denied you. If you have trouble with comp, get a lawyer who knows comp laws. kathy
