Estrogen Dominance Causing RLS?

Post a new topicby Sawyer on Tue Jan 08, 2008 9:55 pm

I stumbled across a website talking about Magnesium Deficiency causing muscle tensing, and Vitamin B Deficiency causing nerve disease. Both of these are caused by Estrogen Dominance or too much estrogen. Too much estrogen is from chemicals in our environment that pretend to be estrogen.

Has anyone had any experience with this?

Does this work?

Is it true?
