Seizures

I am a 39 yr old female and have been having strange symptoms for about 3 months now. Early symptoms were extreme anxiety for no known reason, unintentional biting down on back teeth, ear pressure, unintentional biting of cheek, and occasional vertigo ...became so severe I saw a pshychiatrist thinking it was all anxiety related. She mentioned that I may be having partial seizures ordered an MRI. It showed a lesion on right frontal lobe but is not new. It was also seen on an MRI 7 years ago and was ruled as scarring from a severe migraine or stroke. I do have a history of migraines but no known stroke. However, I often have stroke like symptoms with migraines The odd thing is that in the past 9 years, I've had less than 5 true migraines But I've often had the aura but the migraine never comes on like they used to do regularly for 15 years. Anyway, the pshychiatrist started me on Zoloft (Sertraline). The med has helped the anxiety but I still need an occasional ativan. The anxiety comes out of nowhere. Other symptoms include mild jaw tremors biting down on teeth and cheek, staring episodes (but conscious), difficulty driving due to my judgement being off, weakness in my hands, just feeling funny in my head, difficulty processing anything I read or hear, a strange popping and muffled sound in my hearing. I stop there. Can anyone tell me if this sounds like any type of seizure activity? I have an appointment with a neurologist but I am curious now. Please help.

The same thing and im getting told there panic attacks. im seeing more drs. i dont think all this could be caused by a panick attack

Thank you for your reply. I would like to know more about your detailed symtoms if you don't mind sharing. I have now seen the neurologist and he has ordered an EEG. Do you by chance have a history of migraines? What medications are you on? Soyry so many questions. I am a nurse and I'm determined to figure this out.....maybe along the way there will be some answers for you too. PLease share.
