Seizures

My daughter, age 23, was just diagnosed with complex partial seizures of the temporal lobes. The "zoning out" seizures started following the delivery of her first child almost 18 months ago. She mentioned it to the OB/GYN shortly after birth and they disregarded her concerns as simply being "normal" for a new mom. In any event, does anyone know if an epidural or c-section deliveries can contribute or are a cause for these types of seizures? She can't drive now of course, and has started on trileptal. Any organizations to assist with driving? or financially? in the state of PA?
