I have a close friend in his learly 70s. Over the past year, he has begun exhibiting some strange and upsetting things. spontaneous (however short-lived) falling asleep, urinary incontenance, and some momentary forgetfullness. Aside from other possible reasons for these symptoms, such as alzheimers disease, are these symptoms that might be associat ed with any type of seizure or seizure related disorder?
If anyone would share someinsight about the situation i am describing, i would appreciate it so much. I just want to make sure that he is getting the right treatment and that if it is seizure related, that he get the correct diagnosis and treatment.
