Seizures

I have been having grandmal siezures for the past 4 years in my sleep.They first started me on tegretol but after complications switched me to epival. Until recently my blood levels were fine but for no apparent reason they have dropped ( 420 down to 115 ) resulting in three siezures.My Dr. has no answer for this and I'm a little frustrated. Any ideas would be helpfull . ( not taking any other meds,lesion left temp lobe,34 yrs old,first siezure resulted in speech imparment,loss of motor skills and memory loss.)
