no known cause

Post a new topicby rkferguson on Fri Feb 22, 2008 4:54 am

i've been having seizures for almost 3 yrs now. with no known cause no prior head trauma no drug use and no heavy drinking. i have been researching possible causes with no good results. but i started out taking tegretol and because of wieght loss and a higher metabolism they put me on dilantin with good results but my life has been basically ruined because of the seizures. i was signed up for the military which was my childhood dream bc of my father who was in for 20 yrs but you cannot go into basic training or the military in general with seizures so i am lookin for a cause and a possible way to stop them. please let me know if you have any ideas what could have caused my seizures
