I understand how stressful this can be on the both of you because both my sister and I have seizures. Some of the things that trigger my seizures are caffine (chocolate, coffee and especially tea), loud noises, headaches, being on the computer, or if I am trying to clean up and get too tired. I hope that you wife feels better.

I also understand how you feel. I have had epilepsy since I was six; I am 45/ The things that trigger my seizures are my hormones, being PMS and that time of the month, stress, alcohol, taking my medicine late among other things. I hope that this helps. Your wife and you are in my prayers.
