Seizures difficulties

I am a 29 year old female who started having seizures at 6 months pregnant with the second child after I delivered they went away and they came back with the third pregnacy at 6 months and they went away after the baby was 5 months old. I recently went in for surgery to have a rod removed from my femur and repair my acl however I did not make it the night before in a hotel room at 1:30 a. m. I had a fulll blown grand mal seizure wittnessed by my mother. Yes, I have been off the medicine because I was feeling good and I hate to take medicine. The eeg and other brain test show no abnoramalities or anything wrong. Does anyone know why I am having these seizures?
