I have been struggling with my sleeping problem for four years, and doctors cannot help. So long as I am awake, I have no heart warm (slight heartburn). However, once I fall asleep, a heart warm will wake me up in ten minutes to two hours. The heart warm stops soon after I wake up but at this time I’d feel very drowsy and can fall into asleep right away. If I do so, the heart warm will come back again in ten minutes.
