Sleep EatingFor the past several months, I “almost” wake up, get out of bed, go to the kitchen and consume maybe 2000-3000 calories of food in about 15 minutes. Then I go back to bed and sleep, then I sometimes, not always, repeat the same sequence in 1 night. I am afraid I will gain tons of weight!!
