Post a new topicby akel.omar on Tue Nov 13, 2007 9:08 pm

i sleep very well , but i wake up like i have never slept .. i have numb legs in the morning , i feel my throat is blocked , i wake up with a very dry mouth , very tired!! it takes me an hour to get out of bed , my muscles are just extremely tired , ... i continue to feel bad during the day until afew hours later i start feeling better , and i feel that my throat is un-clogged ....
sometimes i would not feel so good ,i would go to the gym and i will instatly feel good once i start running on the treadmill , it is like oxygen has flawed into my brains or something ...

can anybody halp me please and let me know what it could be ?

i am thinking somethinga long sleeping apnea , and lack of oxygen while asleep.

i'm not sure if you have sleep apnea or not. the best way to tell outside of a diagnosis by a doctor is whether or not you gasp for air and twitch all night. As far as taking an hour to get out of bed, that is a symptom.

I have sleep apnea big time and it used to take me a long time to get up. A bad bed can cause you not to get enough sleep as well. I switched to a sleep number bed a year or two again and got better sleep the very next day.

But after a diagnosis of obstructive sleep apnea, I was sent home with a respirator and I went from having trouble getting up at 9:00am to waking up at 5:30am on my own overnight.

do people tell you that you snore really loud?
