Sleep Disorders

I've been having the same kind of dreams for the past month or so where I'll be having a normal dream and then I'll feel like I've "woken up" in my bed. I think I'm half asleep when this happens but I feel paralysed. I can't move or speak and when I actually do wake up, I jerk out of my sleep. I wake up feeling terrified and I end up pacing around and trying to keep my body active. I wake up feeling exhausted in the morning. Any ideas?
