Hi,

I am trying too find out what is causing me too make a certain noise while I am sleeping. My girlfriend describes it as a popping noise that I make with my lips (like when you have your lips closed and blow air out too make a popping noise). I can't seem too find any info about it but if anyone has any help about what it is and tips on how too stop it then it would be very appreciated.

My husband tells me that I do the same thing. From what little research I've done apparently it's a type of Sleep Apnea, although no sleep apnea sites that I've read actually mention this. I also went to a ENT specialist to ask about it, to which the Dr. said to me "well that's weird". Not much help.
