Bone spur/myelomalacia

Post a new topicby Guest on Sat Oct 12, 2002 11:13 am

My husband was injured and had surgery because of a compressed cord 4 years ago. He just had another MRI done and it showed a bone spur compressing his cord again at the level above the surgery. Can this be treated? Also, what is myelomalacia? Is this an old scar on the cord or something that is progressive? thanks
