Pain attacks during sleep / coompressed nerve in back (spine_

Does anyone suffer severe wake up pain attacks with pain so severe that it hurts to move to the side of the bed, feet sweat, pain while standing and severe pain while walking? These attacks are so severe you scream and cry and have trouble breathing.
I have had past back related problems due to injury. I had 3 epidural injections this year. After taking the third injection, these attacks came on and have progressed to severe...having 5 to 7 attacks during the night and attacks while just laying down on the bed during the day? Please reply if you experience this type of pain. What causes this? Is their treatment to get rid of it? Thanks.
