I am 38 years old and in 1999 I had a Cervical Laminectomy. I still have problems with this such as: Severe pain, headaches, complications moving my arms and neck, and locked muscles. Does any one have any informaiton that they can give me to help out on this subject. It would be greatly appreiciated. thanks--mjo
