I keep getting severe sweating, then cold and followed by weakness. My blood work is fine, no cold and definately Not change of life. Is anyone else having the same symp...Read the full article

Thank you Rick--I am so glad that you replied to my TBI question. I am experienceing the same problems as you-but something new has started and no one can give me a straight answer-I had a three day severe headache, almost as if the accident had just happened, and since then all I do is get very hot and then very cold. The doctors are not sure its related, but since we both had the same type of head injury, have you experienced anything like that? My accident was one year ago, and I hope we can talk about our TBI injury because most people do not understand what we are going through. I look forward to your reply and thank you again.

Hey Sheba,

Im not really having that problem right now, however I kinda remember when I was in the hosiptal that would happen all the time. I would get super cold and then get hot, but I think Im out of that phase.Your doctors arent sure, that seems odd, u would think that would know. Everyone keeps tellin me that every Brain is different and has its own way of goin through the healing process. Sorry for soounding like a broken record my therapists keep tellin me to be patient. I think they sound like a broken record but they are trying to help. What sorta things do u do to keep yourself warm or cooler? Is it helping? I hope it is!!!! I know when I was in the hospital then would put really warm towels on me then if i got supper warm they would just have me lying there with just my cloths on but like i said i dont really remember that part. I was in the hospital for 12 weeks and I only remember about 4 weeks and this was on like the 7th-8th week right when I was starting to understand everything. What sorta doctors do u see? [moderator note: e-mail address has been removed] is my email address if you want to email me I have lots of questions for u, and like u said since people dont understand wat we are goin through its nice to talk to some one goin through the same thing.
