Traumatic Brain Injury

My brother is 38 years old and on August 1st he had a aneurysm burst and a stroke and an arachnoid? hematoma. He has Left fronatal brain damage.He is now an invalid I guess. We never get answers. He came home with a trachea,feeding tube, and catheter.
