Trigeminal Neuralgia

I started off with a headache in october and after 2 weeks, it went to my left side. Thinking it was allergies, I waited it out. One morning I woke up with my left jaw and teeth killing me. I went to the doctor at lunch figuring it was now a sinus infection. I was told that no, it was trigeminal neuralgia. I was also diagnosed by a neurologist, but after taking gabapentin, and many other drugs, nothing has changed. my wife Becki has been the hospital since Tuesday morning diagnosed with TN and has been on painkillers and nerve blockers but it is not working. I don't know what to do. any help would be greatly appreciated. lost in WV.
