A Living HellI’m 52-yrs old. My first attack of vertigo (BPPV) hit when I was 48 while shoveling snow. I fell down and felt like the ground was sucking me up! I thought nothing of it until I started getting vertigo in my sleep, usually if it’s too hot or humid and I start tossing and turning too much. A few times I’ve even vomited. Sometimes my arms will go weak and my hands curl or cramp up.
