Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo

I awoke this morning with vertigo I tried to get out of bed and the room started spinning. I almost passed out. I layed back down got my bearings started to get , happened again, not quite as severe. My husband helped me out of bed. Everytime I made a sudden movement or looked down I got dizzy. Had my son drive me to the ER. Thank you for the posting---after I read your story , I went looking for the exercises-found them and did them...I think it helped.

I never knew this condition existed until it happened to me.

I would have been in the ER too...but you saved me the trip. I am going to my GP to get checked out. Thanks again.
