I know your post is about a month old, but I wanted to comment on walking. I have been currently experiencing a fairly mild vertigo for about a week. I've had probably 4 episodes in all, and years ago was diagnosed with BPPV. I haven't visited my doc for more recent attacks. One thing I can do well is walk, briskly like you, and it is so nice to be outside. After awhile, I forget I have vertigo and just enjoy the walking. I try not to look up too much, and turn my head only if necessary. Did someone post that walking could be bad? I hope not!
