I am 27 years old, in good health and have had no recent ear problems when out of nowhere, one morning while at work, I felt like I was suddenly being pulled toward the back wall. I had suffered with it steadily getting worse until I could not get out of bed. I had to stay perfectly still for the symptoms to ease. But they never went away.
