My “dizzy” story began about 10 yrs. ago. In the early morning hrs. I was sleeping and dreaming. In my dream all of a sudden I would tip back and then things would start spinning around, I would immediately wake up and the room would be spinning , it would last for a few seconds and then stop. This same thing just happened to me twice in one morning. Same symptoms. It just started today, different dreams where I would fall somehow and wake up immediately. Then I broke into a sweat and my head was jarred and my focus was shaking. I felt ill as well and needed to throw up. This is no fun.
