My “dizzy” story began about 10 yrs. ago. In the early morning hrs. I was sleeping and dreaming. In my dream all of a sudden I would tip back and then things would start spinning around, I would immediately wake up and the room would be spinning , it would last for a few seconds and then stop. I would then get a headache and feel sick and throw up. Sometimes if I go back to sleep it will happen again but usually it only happens the one time.
