Finally an explanationI am 36yrs old and just today I have receive an explanation of what is going on in my head. All this time I thought something was wrong with my brain. I have had all the symptoms since 2004. I was deployed to Iraq and I thought it was something that I might have picked up there. Re: Finally an explanationmake an appointment to see an ent or otologist as you might have bppv (benign proxymal positional vertigo). The dr can get a positive diagnosis performing the dix-hallpike test. The best treatment for this is the Epley maneuver named after the Dr. who developed it.
