First Vertigo Attack
On May 19th, 2008 I woke up at 1am with severe dizziness spinning and vomiting. At first I thought I had food poisoning or was having a heart attack I was unable to get out of bed and walk due to the spinning but was able to crawl to the bathroom and vomited on and off for hours.
