Frightened

I am 35 years old and I am suffering from Vertigo I already went to the ER twice and they did a MRI on my neck & shoulders. Nothing came out. I am also having symptons like numbness in the arms, (which they said was caused from anxiety attacks, hyperventalting).
And now I am getting eye headaches and I don’t know if I am imaging or panicking but I am getting blurred vision in my left eye.
