Vertigo

I have vertigo, always upon waking maybe 6 times yr, started 3 yrs ago.
sinus nasal drip is a factor !!! sleeping wrong i think does it too. i know it has no warning.
I am 42, i had mild thyroid but started meds 2002. i am in very very good health, and my BP is very low, so sometimes I think its a factor. i cure it with taking cold meds. it drys me up, and i can function. it lasts maybe 24 hrs to 3 days most.
