Vertigo

About 3 weeks ago I took a nap on the couch with my head propped up with pillows. I woke up with a headache and that night slept without a pillow due to neck and back pain. In the morning when I got up to shut off the alarm, everything spun and I almost lost my balance. I know it had something to do with my neck but my doctor does not believe me. Just a FYI The day that I had my first severe attack of vertigo I had a pinch nerve in my neck and it took 2 weeks to go away. My doc said the same thing to me as you. All inner ear. I had thought that the pain in my neck caused it as it came on the exact morning the vertigo started. hmmm..... Let me know if you find out anything. -Michelle
