I had the same spinning at 5:30 AM. ER Told me it was Benign positional vertigo Went to ear nose and throat doctor. Performed the EPLIPY MANUEVER. went away the next day. Got it back two days later. Did the manuever myself. So much better now. It’s been three weeks. get a little dizzy now and then some crackling in my ear that was the problem. All in all much better. THERE IS HOPE!!
