I need help- do you have my symptoms?
I know have some form of vertigo When I lie down flat on my back and tilt my head a certain way the room starts to spin. I also have some more unexplained symptoms: (1) trembling hands (2)feel very unsteady on my feet (3) feels like I’m trembling or shaking (4) sometimes I feel like my heart is racing.
