Irish remedy!!This was sent to me from Ireland. An Irish physio
uses it on persons NOT on SERC or similar. I am on SERC so I don’t know if it works. 1. Sit up on bed as if on 90 degree chair position. Get pushed swiftly ( shoulder ) to the bad side or whichever side appears worse so that you end up lying on one side. Stay that way until dizziness subsides Repeat on other side.
