Vertigo

I am a 27 yo female and I have been having ringing of the ears and sometimes my ears will go deaf briefly (not at the same time). The other day I was sitting on the couch playing guitar hero after about 3 minutes in everything in the room was moving up and down which lasted maybe 3 minutes. I don’t know if its vertigo but want some advice, so far I haven’t had any more dizzy spells. Thanks
