For the whole day i was fine then just suddenly i started feeling dizzy and then everything started spinning i couldn’t lie down as it made it worse and i kept falling around. It got so bad that i got nauseous and started vomiting. I went to the doctor but she siad i must have just picked up a 24 hr bug but i want to know could it be vertigo
