Vertigo

I have been getting dizzy symptoms for almost two years now. I don’t actually see things moving but I feel like I’ve been on a ride that spins you around and around. I always have a headache (usually behind my eyes), nausea, and dizzy spells. I was out sick last year for three weeks and the doctors ran numerous tests on me to finally “decide” it was migraines.
