Vertigo

I’ve had vertigo three times and after going through the “PPO” nightmares of MRI’s etc. Go to a ENT and have them do a maneuver (can’t remember the name) but they basically lie you to your side and switch to the other side to where the crystals are placed back correctly. The hard thing is that you must sit up straight for 48 hours. The best thing is to use a head brace. It really works.
