Living with dizziness, and what helped meI have been living with vertigo and tinnitus for 4 years. I am now 32 years of age and my personal life has been on hold. I got vertigo as a result from a very bad flu one Christmas. The first two years were hell, The heavy nausea was the worst. Re: Living with dizziness, and what helped meI developed vertigo shortly after I got a mild concussion. I am 32 and have been dealing with this for the last four years. I gave up caffeine a few months ago and that has helped. I also get a stronger bout of vertigo a week before my period. I told this to my doctor but he didn't see how that can have anything to do with that but now I find it interesting hearing that has effected you as well. I wonder how many other young woman who have vertigo experience this as well. I am going to try the vitamin b12 to see how this effects me.
