My experience with vertigoI was diagnosed with Benign Positional Vertigo about 5 years ago at age 45. Supposedly caused by a viral inner ear infection. I have 2-3 bouts of vertigo a year, but fortunately I’ve found a wonderful treatment (no medicine involved) called the Epley Manuever. It’s done in the doctor’s office and takes about 15-20 minutes.
