I'm really sorry you're going through this. Vertigo is just the worst because there is no relief.
When I was 43 I started getting episodes of severe vertigo with vomiting, etc. and eventually they were diagnosed as "complicated migraines." At the same time I had started menopause, had stopped having regular migraine headaches, and then just started having these episodes. Did they say anything to you that there might a connection with your migraine and the vertigo? Also, do you get hot flashes any other time? My hot flashes seem to be a trigger for these episodes. That's why I wondered.
