I hope my story may help someone. I used to look on the web constantly in hopes to find something to help myself in other peoples experiences.
I had Terrible episodes of vertigo for 27 years. They began seemingly out of nowhere when I was 8 years old. No real other symptoms other than the nausea etc that comes with the room violently spinning so that all I could do was lay on my back…usually for a full 24 hours until it would stop. What a great post - thanks for sharing. I'm going to look up that medication you take. Appart from a diagnosis of cerabella ataxia (which is an increadibly broad diagnosis), there has also been mention of atypical migraine. I'm going to my GP next Wed I'll see what she says.
