Post a new topicby livingwith on Mon Jun 01, 2009 12:29 pm

My vertigo started when I was a child. I am not quite sure of my age but I want to say I was around 11 years old. I got out of the car for church and I was walking across the lot and everything was moving and I felt dizzy. I went to my class with my younger brother and I could barely move my head I was getting more and more nauseated. Eventually I through up in class. I threw up a second time and the bad dizziness eventually subsided. I began getting these spells often and my parents took me to ...Read the full article

Hi, with all my heart I feel for you. :(
My tornado nightmare started last september'09, I have had many test including the one
were the doctor causes the vertigo on purpose for accurate results, I thought it was going
to be bad.... so i had a friend come with to the apt.

To my sorprise it wasn't bad at all the vertigo only lasted for few minutes as the dr. gathers
inf. they will use cold and hot h2o to induce vertigo. just remain calm so that you can
listen to all the commands.

They use a specific technique to help you thru it. (clever one)

Don't be afraid, it will be ok! :) Unfortunetly that hasn't
done much for me. It is only vital inf. however a quiropactor is treating my C1 whish
is related to the inner ear and it seems to be working little buy little.
I hope this helps a little.
