My “off balance” feeling began a couple years ago when I woke up, sat up in bed and started spinning. After a few seconds it stopped. That happened for a while and I finally went to the dr. He said I had BPPV and gave me Antivert which helped for a while. Then I was at work and it felt like my ears were plugged up so I plugged my nose closed my mouth and tried to pop my ears. As soon as I stood up, I could barely walk. I had to grab on to the wall.
